The cottage is in an elevated position overlooking Miller's Port and Portyerrock Bay with an outstandingly beautiful and ever changing view eastwards across Wigtown Bay to Kirkcudbrightshire and Cumbria.
The garden to the front provides access to the foreshore, and to the rear of the cottage there is a parking area sufficient for two cars, and a screened area of garden ground with a table and chairs.
